Pei has worked with Consulting Partners since 1995 with Microsoft, Remedy and moved into the Salesforce ecosystem in 2014. Her forte is in building high performing teams to deliver projects successfully. She's been a systems engineer, DBA, CRM Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, QA Manager, and Project/Programme Manager. At heart, she is also a Mentor, a Coach and a Teacher, and loves to share her learnings and experience with others to become outstanding consultants. In 2020, Pei launched Zenhao (zenhaotraining.co.uk)

I have progressed from a Salesforce admin to a Product owner over the last 10 years. Also part of the Shirtforce leadership team and a very passionate supporter of Ukraine and the wonderful trailblazer communities there. James Maas is the CRM Manager at the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education (ICE). James’s Salesforce journey started at the University of East Anglia (UEA) with implementation and developments with Salesforce, TargetX and Marketing Cloud. When not logged into Salesforce, James is a musician and plays guitar and ukulele. He enjoys playing gigs and festivals with his band The Stereotypes. James lives near Norwich and loves exploring the broads and coast.

Christie is an award-winning director of global community engagement at Salesforce, the world's number 1 cloud computing company. She believes in developers, technology that changes the world for the better, community and equality. she is a connector of people, a builder of programmes and a champion of equality and diversity.

Anastasiia is a passionate marketer with over seven years of experience in consulting, including five as a Salesforce consultant. Currently, she is part of Capgemini, where she focuses on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, training strategies, and gamification principles. This year, she was honored to speak at a Salesforce conference for the first time, sparking a new passion for public speaking.

Simon is the Salesforce Manager for the charity Education and Employers, having retrained in 2018 through Supermums from a career in mental health. He has worked in the charity sector throughout his career and focuses on using Salesforce to amplify the impact front line workers can have on their clients. Unhealthily obsessed with screen flows, Simon uses his previous experience running client groups to ensure that all stakeholders get a say in new developments.

Emily is a skilled Salesforce Professional with extensive experience in successfully delivering complex projects across Salesforce ecosystems and digital transformation initiatives. With a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving large-scale projects from conception to completion, She has become an expert in Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

Emily is 8 X Salesforce Certified and a Certified Scrum Master

Abigail is a Business Analyst and Systems Admin for a UK charity, certified in both Salesforce and MCAE. Before retraining in Salesforce, Abigail was a project manager in the not for profit industry, working in the UK and abroad. This background has given her a good understanding of the challenges those working in the sector are facing and she is passionate about finding practical, sustainable and realistic technical solutions for charities and small businesses

Roger has been working with Salesforce since 2010 and done some amazing projects and worked with a lot of amazing people. He loves the transformative capabilities of Salesforce, not just its benefits for business but also to make working conditions better for staff and improve customers experience. He believes it can also be transforming for the people working the system, he never could have imagined the career path and opportunities that have opened for him and is looking forward to what the future holds. 

Margo is a professional English teacher and entrepreneur running her own multinational business delivering language courses which provide the opportunity for women to become teachers and earn living salaries around their personal commitments. As such Margo is a staunch women’s and neurodivergency advocate. She also dips into Salesforce from time to time and has been studying for her Admin Cert. 

 Kerry embraces a love all things Salesforce.com and has been working in the space for over a decade. She is passionate about applying the technology in ways that make us re-think the way we work and live. In particular, she is interested in applying the emerging Salesforce offerings and Marketing Cloud.

As a life long learner Kerry embraces new developments on the platform and eagerly await the pending AI capability.

Todd is a code addict, who loves all things web and mobile. He’s a Salesforce MVP, Golden Hoodie recipient, the Chief Mobile Technical Architect at Caddify, co-organiser of the London Salesforce Developer Trailblazer group, and an organiser of London’s Calling. Todd is also founder of #shirtforce, a community driven social enterprise selling T-Shirts and other swag for those in the Salesforce ecosystem, with all proceeds going to charity. 

Yana is a Certified Salesforce Admin at Collinson, global market-leading airport experiences and loyalty company. She transitioned into current Admin role over 2 years ago after being in the Salesforce ecosystem as a user. Which is why Yana is passionate about driving user adoption and engagement in her day-to-day work. She strives to achieve it through her technical expertise in optimizing Salesforce solutions and personal approach as a Mental Health Awareness advocate, serving a Mental Health First Aider at her company.

Andrew is a seasoned Salesforce Administrator at Darktrace with over 13 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. He holds 15 certifications and has a deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Einstein AI, and Slack. He is also a Supermums mentor and is part of the Salesforce Credentialing Team.

Bill is the owner of Ward Ambrose Ltd, a consulting firm which helps NFPs to implement and run their Salesforce. He joined the Salesforce world in 2023, having trained as an admin with Supermums. Bill’s career began in 1985 as an avionics engineer before moving to the airline industry where he served both as a pilot and as a flight operations director.

Danait is an Email Specialist at Keru, having joined the Marketing Cloud team a little over a year ago. She began her career in HR and transitioned into email marketing to help organisations enhance their digital communications and engagement strategies. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with mental health, disability, and community organisations. Currently, she is a group leader for BIT (EMEA).

Ozge is a 6x certified Salesforce professional with 17 years experience in the education industry. She was awarded as Graduate of the Year Award at the Next Gen Trailblazer Graduation Celebration by Salesforce in 2022. She has also experience in teaching digital skills with individual support and group workshops. 

After an IT career as a support agent and systems administrator, Andre was introduced to the Salesforce ecosystem as a consultant in 2013. In the meantime he has gathered 7 certifications, become a user group leader in Amsterdam, Salesforce MVP and has successfully completed many implementations of Sales-/Service-/ Community-Cloud and integrated Salesforce with ERP systems.  As a freelance consultant Andre always has the topics of data management and user adoption high on his agenda.

Ketevan, or Keti is from the beautiful country of Georgia, but has been living in the UK, in London for the past eleven years.

Keti has a diverse background, covering customer service roles across industries such as retail, business banking, hospitality, sales, healthcare, and financial services. She is now looking forward to continuing to  gain new skills and knowledge using her existing experience to contribute to the Salesforce community.

Bharat Sharma is the Head of Operations at Cloudsheer Consulting, bringing a wealth of expertise as a Salesforce Business Analyst. With a strong background in customer service and system migration, Bharat plays a pivotal role in streamlining business processes and optimizing customer experiences. His leadership in operations ensures smooth project delivery and innovation in cloud solutions. Bharat’s hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, combined with his analytical mindset, enables him to bridge business needs with technological solutions, making him a trusted advisor for driving business growth and transformation.

Sameer is a Salesforce Delivery Lead at Areya Technologies LLC, leading multiple projects in healthcare, retail and manufacturing. He is 5x Salesforce certified and transitioned into Salesforce about two years ago. Sameer started his career with insurance sales & operations, then moved to IT consulting in supply chain management, where he spent over eight years. He has guided various organisations through Agile transformations, implementing Scrum frameworks as an Agile coach. His passion lies in building high-performing, collaborative teams that thrive on continuous improvement."
