Are you newly in charge of a marketing tool such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot!)? Have you recently joined a new organization that uses MCAE or a similar tool? Do you oversee systems and need an overview of what’s going on with marketing tools, and how this might be impacting your data?

We’ll look at important questions to ask, so you can build a picture of what your marketing tool is doing, its basic health and where you may find any ‘red flag’ issues that need to be addressed.

Although there will be a focus on MCAE (Pardot) these questions can be applied to a variety of marketing systems and will help you begin some basic business analysis on the state of the system, prioritize critical issues and curate your to-do list!

Why you should choose this session? I've been leading and supporting Salesforce Commons projects for years now and gotten just as much out of the volunteer work as I’ve put in, if not more.
