This adaptive engine processes diverse data sources, like audio and video, identifies speakers, tokenises sensitive information, and generates both qualitative insights and measurable variables aligned with the organisation's theory of change. By transforming feedback collection from searching to intuitive listening, we enhance the impact and real-time responsiveness of feedback processes.

Ideate, Create, Share, Learn More About Salesforce Commons Community Sprints
Why you should choose this session? I've been leading and supporting Salesforce Commons projects for years now and gotten just as much out of the volunteer work as I’ve put in, if not more. A lot of people think you have to be at the top of your game to volunteer on a project, but really there’s room for whatever skillset you’re able to bring to the table. It’s a great place for newer people to Salesforce to learn and network, and the same goes for experienced folk. I’d like to raise some awareness about the projects that are out there and how people can get into a very innovative space to make a real differ…and tell you a little about the free solutions that are available because of these projects.
